Werklo takes no cut of your revenue. Every euro your customer pays goes to your own Stripe account, minus the Stripe processing fee. Optional services like shipping labels are priced separately and always shown upfront.

Werklo does not stand between you and your providers. We do not open accounts in your name, we take no cut, and nothing here is locked to us.

Do I need my own Stripe account?
Yes. You connect your own Stripe account in the admin. Payments go directly to you. Werklo never touches your money. Stripe charges 1.5% + €0.25 per EU card transaction.
Is the configurator available on the Starter plan?
Yes. The configurator is Werklo's core feature and is included on every plan, including Starter. Color swatches, size pickers, custom measurements. All available from day one.
What happens if I exceed my monthly GMV limit?
We'll notify you before you hit the ceiling. You can upgrade anytime with no interruption to your store. If you temporarily exceed the limit, your store stays live.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on every plan including Starter. Connect any domain you own in the admin. DNS instructions are included. Your store can also run at yourname.werklo.net.
How does integrated shipping work?
One-click EU carrier labels and live checkout rates are rolling out on the Growth plan and above. On Starter, and on Growth until labels are live in your country, you handle shipping manually with your own flat rates.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. All plans are monthly. Cancel any time from the admin. Your store and data remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
